Refund Policy:
Receipts are required for all refunds. Merchandise may be returned for a full refund within 5 business days of purchase to the original form of payment. Open electronics of any kind will not be refunded.
For Sping 2025, financial aid purchases made in store, must be completed before Feburary 12, 2025. Financial Aid purchases are still subject to the refund policy of 5 business days.

Purchase Policy:
Chaser's Bark Shop Online Financial Aid Orders will be cancelled if funds are not available at the time of order processing. If funds are not available you will receive an email letting you know you have 48 hours to make other arrangments to purchase your order.
Only 1 of each type of electronic device may be purchased per term. For example, 1 Laptop, 1 Audio Device, 1 Speaker per term. Chaser's Bark Shop Staff rserves the right to decline/cancel a purchase if this policy is not followed.
Faculty/Staff recieve a 10% discount all year.
Chaser's Bark Shop Management reserves the right to initiate sales, discounts, and donations.
Abandoned Order Policy:
It is the policy of Spartanburg Community College that textbooks and related Online Bookstore orders must be picked up from the Chaser’s Bark Shop pick-up location by the person named in the “Ship To” field within 60 calendar days of arrival to the school. Your Spartanburg Community College student ID or other form of ID is required at the time of pick up. Reasonable efforts will be taken to notify the student that their item is available for pick up by Chaser’s Bark Shop and the SCC Online Bookstore.
SCC may store your items for no more than 60 calendar days. Any textbook or other items that are not claimed by the student within 60 calendar days shall be deemed abandoned. After the 60 calendar day period, the institution has sole discretion to sell or otherwise dispose of the abandoned items in any manner it deems appropriate.
If any costs are incurred by SCC for taking ownership of the abandoned items, these costs will be transferred to the student. For students using a book voucher of any kind to purchase these materials, the charges associated with the purchase have been or will be added to your student account. Under no circumstances will these book charges be removed from your student account or waived.
If the school determines that the materials are subject to a rental agreement, the school may, but is not required to, return the materials to the company. The school is not responsible for any additional charges imposed on the student for failure to return materials subject to a rental agreement.
The student agrees to absolve and hold Spartanburg Community College harmless for the abandoned items. For additional questions about this policy, please send inquiries to customerexperience@textbookx.com.
